Information this website collects
The Books Assessment collects the name of the contact and business; email; phone; preferred contact method; business type; QuickBooks product; likely service need; affected period; urgency; a high-level problem description; a high-level list of available record types; required confirmations; source page; and referral information when available. The service also records limited request metadata such as user agent, submission time, and a one-way hash derived from the network address for abuse prevention.
Information the public form must not contain
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, taxpayer identifiers, bank or card numbers, employee or contractor personal information, payroll files, tax records, statements, QuickBooks backups, or other source documents. The public form is not a secure document-transfer portal.
How information is used
Information is used to review and respond to requests, determine potential service fit, maintain the intake record, deliver operational notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the website, and support business, security, and legal obligations. ClearPath does not approve use of form data for unrelated advertising or sale.
Systems and service providers
Assessment data is stored in the website database. A transactional email provider is used to send each valid lead to the monitored ClearPath business inbox, and the hosting platform’s owner-notification service provides a secondary operational alert. Hosting, database, email, and infrastructure providers may process limited data as necessary to operate those functions.
Cookies and analytics
The public marketing pages do not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising technology. Essential technical storage, hosting diagnostics, and aggregate site analytics may operate to provide and understand the website. Any future marketing technology should be reviewed and reflected in this policy before activation.
Retention and deletion
Assessment and correspondence records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for evaluation, operations, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Project-record retention must be defined separately in the engagement and transfer process. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legitimate retention obligations.
Security and record transfer
ClearPath uses a high-level public intake to reduce unnecessary exposure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If a request advances, the parties should confirm an appropriate transfer and access method before sensitive records are shared.
Your choices and contact
You may ask questions or make a privacy request by calling 321-947-6372, emailing admin@clearpathrescue.com, or writing to ClearPath Rescue, 6900 Silver Star Rd, Suite 204, Orlando, FL 32818. ClearPath may need to verify the requester and the request before disclosing or deleting information.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The updated date on this page will identify the current posted version.
